Here at Life Force Services, we focus on the overall health and wellbeing of our clients. Our home and community-based services help complete the link to quality of life with support in individual community living support, home-making, personal support, and other important areas. Our office is located in Minneapolis, MN, but we provide services for our clients in the seven metro counties and surrounding cities.
We’re committed to providing responsive quality care to our clients without disruption to their daily routines. We believe that healthcare is a basic human right that must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way. The services we provide such as homemaking and personal care are an important part of our client’s health and wellbeing.
Adult Companion Services
Adult Companion Services is non-medical care, supervision and socialization provided to individuals over the age of 18. Adult Companion Services help individuals
gain more independence through skill building exercises. Individuals under this program work to reduce isolation, learn to participate in the community, and work on coping skills to
manage anxiety.
Homemaker Services
Homemaker Services range from light household cleaning and laundry to assistance with home management and/or activities of daily living. Home Management includes meal prep, shopping for food, clothes and supplies, simple household repairs and arranging for transportation. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) include bathing, toileting, grooming, eating, dressing and assistance walking. Homemaker Services are available under various payment options including Medical Assistance, Home and Community Based Services (waiver programs), and private pay.
